Approached by a passionate family of successful restauranteur and entrepreneurs, we welcomed the opportunity to work alongside them in realizing the success of a dream – to bring fresh seafood from the South Shores to Main Street.  With an idea of fresh oysters and craft cocktails, energy and ideas, the project proved a pleasure in planning, design and execution.  However, with a menu serving open shellfish, interior décor including a gas fireplace & a rooftop mounted hot water system - a first for Suffolk County Department of Health Services - the 3,600 sf project proved challenging in seeking agency approvals, and yet in the end strengthened agency trust.   The family truly engaged the process with all of their heart and soul, and we take great pride in sharing in the collaborative success.
