With our offices located in Bay Shore, we take great pride in supporting local businesses, and the rehabilitation of the fabric of Main Street.  Approached by the proprietor, this small burger joint was undertaken as a design - build exercise.  Through intensive team collaboration with the Owner, Interior Designer and Contractor, a great synergy developed and a successful restaurant has opened to serve the locals.  With a limited budget and aggressive schedule execution of the project required a thoughtful use of materials, inventive details and hands-on approach to construction.  More than just a “burger joint”, the wall finish takes a stroke of inspiration from Picasso’s oil painting “La Cuisine”, to the delight of those who splendor in a masterfully prepared burger.
