For this mission critical 24/7 operation, on projects ranging from 5,000sf to 50,000sf, services have included programming & budgeting, architectural, infrastructure, interior and structural design, and filing, bid and construction administration.  Additionally, pre-purchase equipment procurement services, fast track scheduling, commissioning & owner’s representative services.   With office design - maintain naturally lit spaces and transparencies to exterior, while providing tiered office occupancies, affording the investigation and development of design solutions appropriate for each specific fit out. Data/server rooms - Uptime Institute design of tiered redundancies, energy efficiencies and operational sustainability.  Striking a balance between client needs and appropriated funding is a constant challenge in these projects and a task that we pride ourselves in successfully achieving.
